I've used Northern Air (previously Northern Colorado Air) for many years, and have always been happy with their service. The techs always arrive on time, and are very thorough in their inspection, giving me information on how my equipment is performing. They have kept my system running all season, every year. The most recent tech, Ethan Peck, was excellent.

Ken, came out because we suspected I had a coolant leak which was causing the A/C not to function properly. Ken found the leak in about 10 minutes added coolant (my words) and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. Highly recommend Ken as the service tech to work on your HVAC. With employees like Ken I recommend Northern Air- great customer service service!

Matt is a former trumpet student of my late husband. We have known him for years. He knows where everything is at our house, knows to park in the back, keeps our 20+ year old air conditioner going, and I trust him to come in and fix stuff whether I'm here or not.

The people at Northern Air were all professional, on time, did a great job of communicating and are nice people. Juan, our installation technician, always showed up on time, seemed to really know his stuff and whenever I had a question or request, he followed up on it with a positive attitude. For what they quoted us, a Lennox Heat Pump and high efficiency furnace, we thought the price was fair given the quality of their work. I recommend them.

I called Northern Air on the recommendation of some others I know in town. My residential AC unit was no longer cooling the house. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Ken M showed up 30 minutes into the 2-hour window, went straight to work, and got my unit working again. Thanks for keeping me cool this summer.

We had our brand new furnace and AC system installed about 3 years ago now through these guys. We've been on the biannual service for summer and winter since then. Each time these guys come out they're thorough, respectful, and communicate. Been very thankful for nocoair!

My AC went out (capacitor died). They fixed it. Everyone I communicated with was friendly and professional. Aaron came out and it was after hours and all, and our house is pretty frustrating to get to. But he got everything running very quickly and was friendly.

We received a bid to replace our air conditionong system after it stopped working in the heat of August. Jeremy came out to give us an estimate. He was very profrssional, friendly and couteous!
He went above a d beyond expectations in completing 10 full estimates with multiple options. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions!
After choosing to proceed with our selected system, we met JJ AND Wes, the installation technicians.
They too were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, again as they answered all our questions, and worked to steadily install our new system. They also became friends with our big, curious German Shepherd!

Today's appointment with Northern Air was just a routine maintenance visit. Ken was on time and very professional/knowledgeable in bringing me up to date on my equipment. Fortunately, all was well but I did have questions, since both my furnace and air conditioner are original to my 20 year old house. I feel comfortable going forward should any problems arise.

Northern Air furnished and installed a new HVAC system in our home in April, 2026, replacing the original system furnished in the home in ca 2003. They provided a Lennox 3-ton outdoor compressor / condenser unit for use with R-454B refrigerant, and an indoor Intertherm furnace with ADP evaporator cooling coils for compact installation in a prefab building. We are very pleased we worked with Northern Air. They were prompt to provide a quotation, and they completed the installation within our desired time and at the price quoted. The installer demonstrated exceptional experience and professionalism, even taking extra steps to correct and improve some shortcomings in the previously existing system. In the weeks following installation, on three occasions they promptly visited our home responding to our phone calls to address improving some settings and to educate us on the performance of the new system. Each visiting service technician was competent, efficient, and very helpful advising us on the issues at hand. We have been comfortably cool and pleased with the system throughout this extremely hot summer. We believe we made an excellent choice in working with Northern Air.

Matt was here at the right time and way to work right away changing my filters. He always takes so much care whether is either the air conditioner or the furnace.He cleans up from anything he opens or uses. It's very special when a contractor actually does that.

On a Saturday afternoon, with temperatures approaching 90 degrees, our air conditioning stopped working. I called Northern Air, and the answering service paged the on-call technician. Within a short period of time, I received a callback and was happy to hear Benjamin's voice on the other end of the line. He had been to our house before for preventive maintenance, and his work is always very thorough.

Within an hour or so, he arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running. It took less than two hours from the time I originally called until our system was repaired and working again.

I would certainly rather not have to have my HVAC system repaired, but when I do, I know I can count on Northern Air.

We had an excellent experience with Northern Air. They serviced three rooftop HVAC units at a bank building we own in Fort Collins after another contractor provided a much more expensive repair estimate.

Northern Air performed a thorough diagnostic, identified a different root cause, and was able to get all three units running again at a fraction of the cost. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process.
